App support

How can we help?

Support for the Care by Talia iPhone app: your account, subscription, and data. Email support@care-by-talia.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

Signing in and account access

You can sign in with your email and password, or with Apple or Google. If sign-in fails, first confirm you are using the same method you signed up with.

Email verification: after signing up with email, check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification message and follow its link before signing in.

Forgotten password: use β€œForgot password?” on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. Reset links expire; request a fresh one if yours has aged out.

Subscriptions and billing

Care by Talia Premium in the iPhone app is billed only through Apple in-app purchase. Apple shows the exact localized price, any free-trial terms, and renewal details before you confirm. Care by Talia never sees your payment-card details.

Restore Purchase: if you reinstalled the app or switched phones, open the paywall or the blocked-access screen and tap Restore Purchase while signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Cancelling: subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings β†’ your name β†’ Subscriptions (or the App Store app β†’ your profile β†’ Subscriptions) and cancel there. Deleting your Care by Talia account does not cancel an Apple subscription β€” always cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings as well.

Refunds: Apple handles all refunds for in-app purchases through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data: export and deletion

Export: in the app, open Settings β†’ Export My Data to download your profile, baby profiles, tracking logs, and chat history.

Delete your account: open Settings β†’ Delete My Account, type DELETE to confirm, and your authentication account, profiles, logs, and chat history are removed. This is permanent. Remember to also cancel any active Apple subscription (deletion does not cancel it).

Safety

Talia offers educational support only β€” it is not a medical service and cannot help in an emergency. If you or your baby may be in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately, or your doctor, pediatrician, midwife, or OB. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, contact emergency services or a crisis line such as 988 (US) right away.
