1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any Care by Talia service — including in-home newborn support, the Digital Newborn Guide, or the Talia AI app — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Services

Care by Talia offers three types of services:

• In-Home Newborn & Postpartum Support — Professional, hands-on daytime support packages ($500–$3,000) for families in Tel Aviv and surrounding areas. Includes feeding support, newborn care guidance, settling techniques, and emotional reassurance.
• The Complete Newborn Guide — An evidence-based digital PDF ($25) covering the first weeks with your baby, available for instant download.
• Talia AI App — A 24/7 AI-powered parenting assistant providing personalized guidance on sleep, feeding, milestones, and postpartum wellbeing.

3. Not Medical Advice

None of the Care by Talia services constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In-home support is provided by a trained nurse but is non-medical home support and parent education. The Talia AI app is an AI assistant, not a licensed healthcare provider. The Newborn Guide is for educational purposes only.

Always consult your pediatrician, midwife, or qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. If you believe your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

4. In-Home Support — Booking & Payment

Booking is confirmed after an intake call and, depending on the package, payment of a non-refundable retainer to reserve your birth window. The remaining balance is paid on the first day of support. Services are available Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–15:00.

5. Digital Newborn Guide

The guide is a one-time digital purchase ($25) with instant delivery. As a digital product with immediate access, it is non-refundable. It is included free with all in-home support packages.

6. Talia AI App — Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, a paid subscription is required: $9.99/month (monthly) or $79.99/year (annual). You may cancel at any time through your account settings and retain access until the end of your billing period.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased for any in-home support package. They are non-refundable, valid for 12 months, and subject to availability and a personal intake interview.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Talia AI app account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your information up to date.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use any Care by Talia service as a substitute for professional medical care
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Talia AI app
• Use any service for unlawful purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, guides, and technology behind Care by Talia are owned by Care by Talia. The Digital Newborn Guide is for personal use only and may not be redistributed. You retain ownership of the personal information you provide.

11. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from any Care by Talia service. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of any service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
